SPECIAL MAIL ORDER SERVICE ON A LIMITED BASIS 26th-30th May 2020
I would like to give my customers the opportunity to re-stock during the lockdown phase. In a way where I can preserve the personal contact and service ethos of the shop.
There may be small delays and glitches, as only myself or Lucy Hague can be in the shop at one time, and we will post deliveries every few days.
I will endeavour to provide the best possible service I can at these difficult times.
There are two basic elements:
CALL FOR A BALL
(10am – 1 pm, each day).
If you live in the UK, and you know what you would like, whether its yarn, needles, books or patterns then please call us and have your address and card details ready.
Alternatively, email kathy@kathysknits.co.uk with your order and any questions. I will reply and you should call at the above times to settle up.
VIDEO CONSULTATION
(1.30pm – 4.30 pm, each day).
If you have Zoom or Skype, you can book an appointment for a more detailed, up to 30 minute, video discussion. This lets you tour the shop with Kathy or Lucy and pick what you would like, before finalising to pay.
We hope you will give as much information as you can when booking to help us to narrow down our advice for the most productive meeting.
- Payments will only be accepted by card or specially, by bank transfer before delivery
- Delivery will be by Royal Mail and we offer free delivery to health workers and those in the at risk categories as defined by the Government
- We intend to diligently meet all recommended health instructions throughout the process but purchases are at the vendor’s own risk
